At Kritya, we prioritize building mobility, strength, and flexibility alongside rigorous Kuchipudi training. These classess integrate elements of yoga, Pilates, strength training, ballet, modern, and contemporary dance techniques, helping dancers develop sustainable, mindful movement, proper breath control, and alignment awareness. 

Join us for 60 minutes per week to learn how to cultivate a stronger, more resilient body while refining your dance practice!
